How do I measure a box?
In order to provide you with an accurate quotation, we require the length, width, height & weight of your item.
If you cannot determine the dimensions or weights of your item, you can supply estimates, however this runs the risk of quoting you incorrectly, which could result in additional costs.

Can I book as the Receiver?
Yes - As you are the person who has made the booking it is vitally important that you make sure the 'Sender' receives the 'Consignment Note' via email and they understand what is required to complete the pickup.

Pickup and Delivery
Can my freight be picked up today?
Please give us a call on 02 4997 6633, it is most likely possible.
What if no one if there at the specified pick up time?
If no one is going to be home at the specified pick up time, you can choose to leave the item at the front door for the driver, as long as the supplied consignment note is attached.

You can nominate the "Delivery Instructions" on our booking form:
- Delivery Unattended: Leave at front door/backdoor/side gate/carport or other.

What is a Consignment Note or Con Note?
A consignment or con note is the label that needs to be attached to your item/s before pickup, it has all the relevant details required for our drivers to ensure your items reach their destination safely.
Consignment notes are generally emailed out the afternoon before your selected collection date.
Please ensure all information on the consignment note is correct.
Attach your consignment note to the outside of your package as instructed.
Failure to comply with these requests may result in a missed pick up or futile charges.
If you are having any difficulties with this process please contact our head office on 02 4997 6633.

All our trucks are curtainsiders and range between 6 to 12 tonne which is 10 to 14 pallet spaces.
Do we have tailgate lifters?
Yes, all our trucks are equipped with tailgate lifters and trolley jacks.
Do we deliver furniture from retail stores?
Yes, we can pick up, deliver and remove unwanted furniture. Please make a booking for an accurate quotation.
